Snickerdoodles.... :)

Snickerdoodles


What you will  need:
All purpose flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, 
sugar, cinnamon sugar, egg replacer, vegan butter
Mix together your butter, sugar, and vanilla  (and meanwhile mix together your egg-replacer till it becomes frothy, see picture)
Blend in the egg-replacer to the creamed butter/sugar
Whisk together your dry ingredients (flour, cream of tar tar and baking soda) and in portions blend in to the wet ingredients.

*thumbs up because you can actually eat this batter and not have the chance of getting sick :)

Wrap up dough and let sit for about an hr in the refrigerator...

PREHEAT oven to 375, once chilled break off portions (about 2 tablespoons worth) and roll into balls. roll then in cinnamon/sugar and line on a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper...


Press each dough ball down with fork and bake for about 10 minutes...
