German Apple Cake

This was my first (to an exact recipe) vegan baked cake. The moistness comes from the all natural unsweetened apple sauce and it tasted amazing, top it with a simple home-made vegan carmel saue or just simply warm with a scoop of non-dairy ice cream. :)

Top with cinnamon , brown sugar, and a dash of nutmeg before baking
