VEGAN Shepard's Pie :)

 I crave this all the time.  

Whether it be eating the crust or the depth of flavor I heard Shepard's pie so I decided to make it vegan friendly.  
Home-smashed potatoes

Ground Meat alternative, braised with onions and herbs

Then simple top the hot braising skillet with your choice of veggies, I chose corn and peas (because I absolutely despise carrots)
Simply fill the pie shell with the mixture and top with your smashed potatoes and bake:)
